Upload your Instagram data export to find out who doesn't follow you back — and whom you haven't followed back.

How to get your Instagram data

  1. Open Instagram → Profile → ☰ Menu → Accounts Center → Your information and permissions
  2. Tap Export your information → Create export
  3. Choose your Instagram account and Export to device
  4. Select Customize information, and clear all the options except Connections → Followers and following
  5. Select Date range, and choose All time
  6. Select Format and choose JSON
  7. Start the export, and once you receive the email, download and unzip the file
  8. Upload followers_1.json and following.json below
